Product Descriptions & Accuracy We strive for accuracy in descriptions, weights, measurements, and photographs, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Colors may vary due to photography, lighting, and display/monitor settings. The Company reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
Pricing & Order Acceptance All prices are subject to change without notice. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of inventory, at any time before or after order confirmation. In the event of cancellation, the Company's sole liability is refund of the purchase price paid.
Specimen Nature & No Warranty Rocks, minerals, and fossils are natural products; all specimens are sold "as-is" and "as available," with all inherent natural characteristics (fractures, inclusions, repairs, stabilization, or restoration where disclosed). EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of a product shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
Buyer Responsibility for Legal Compliance Buyer is solely responsible for verifying that purchase, possession, import/export, or resale of any specimen (including fossils and certain minerals) is lawful in the buyer's jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation regarding compliance with local, state, federal, or international law in the buyer's location.
Handling and Safety Some specimens may contain naturally occurring elements that require careful handling. It is the buyer's responsibility to research and safely handle, store, and display all purchased items. The Company is not liable for injury, illness, or property damage resulting from handling, display, or use of purchased specimens.
Intellectual Property All site content (photos, descriptions, graphics, logos) is owned by the Company or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
User Conduct You agree not to misuse the site, including through fraudulent orders, chargebacks without merit, scraping content, or attempting to interfere with site operations. The Company reserves the right to terminate access or refuse service to any user at its sole discretion.
Dispute Resolution / Arbitration Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims court matters, and you waive any right to participate in a class action.
